Sajtia collects only the information needed to provide the features you request, respond to enquiries and improve the website experience.

What we collect

• Contact details and business information you submit through the project form.
• Your email address and concept summary when you ask Sajtia to email a concept.
• A public website URL when you use the Website Scanner. The scanner reads public page signals only and does not require login credentials.
• Basic technical request information needed to keep forms and API endpoints secure and reliable.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to answer your request, deliver requested concept material, understand the project and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Website Scanner

Only submit public website addresses that you are comfortable having analyzed. Sajtia checks a limited set of public technical, search and conversion signals. It is not a full security or compliance audit.

Storage and email delivery

Form and concept emails are delivered through our email infrastructure and may be retained as business correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and reasonable administrative or legal needs.

Cookies and external assets

The current Sajtia experience does not add non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Some visual assets and fonts may be loaded from external providers, which can receive standard network request information such as IP address and browser metadata.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information connected to your enquiry when applicable. Contact info@sajtia.se.
