Concept simulator

The AI-assisted concept studio is an interactive planning and visualization tool. Its previews, brand names, copy and layouts are illustrative and are not a finished client website or a promise that a final build will be identical.

Website Scanner

The scanner checks selected public technical, search and conversion signals. The score is a focused diagnostic and should not be treated as a complete SEO, accessibility, security, legal or performance audit.

Search and business outcomes

Sajtia can build technical and content foundations intended to support visibility and conversion, but search rankings, traffic, leads, bookings and revenue cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing and scope

Prices shown on the website are indicative launch/package prices and may exclude VAT where stated. Final scope, integrations, content responsibility, timelines and price are confirmed before paid work begins.

Third-party services

Some projects may depend on booking systems, maps, analytics, hosting, email, payment or other external services. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by their providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sajtia tools to scan private/internal systems, submit unlawful content, abuse forms or interfere with the service.
